Street, unit number, postcode, and a phone number a courier can actually reach. A missing unit number is the most common reason a parcel comes back.

Severe weather, courier backlogs, and public holidays can move an estimate. We pass on what the courier tells us, but we cannot promise a specific hour.
Returns and cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. For delivered items, contact us within a reasonable period if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty. Where a return is accepted, we will arrange a remedy in line with applicable Indonesian consumer law. Products that have been opened or used are generally not returnable for hygiene reasons.
Keep the outer packaging and your order reference until you have checked the contents. It makes the first message easier to sort out.
How a return usually goes
