If you plan to visit, contact us first so someone is available to help. Correspondence and partnership documents can be sent to the same address. We do not operate a retail counter at this location, so please arrange ahead. Delivery questions are usually settled faster by phone or email than in person.
Order support and delivery issues
For problems with an existing order, include your order reference, the name used, and your delivery city. Courier delays happen, especially outside Java, and we will chase them on your behalf.
If an item is out of stock, we contact you before dispatch rather than shipping a substitute. Keeping your phone number current prevents most delivery problems.

How quickly will I hear back?
Phone calls are answered on business days between 09:00 and 18:00 Jakarta time. Email is usually answered the same working day when the message arrives in the morning, and the next working day when it arrives later. If you have not heard back after one full business day, resend with your original message quoted.
What details should I include for an order question?
Your order reference, the name used at checkout, and your delivery city are the three that matter most. If the parcel is already with a courier, tell us the most recent tracking update so we can match it against what we see on our side without asking you twice.
Can I ask whether a product suits me?
We can describe what is in a product, what the serving provides, and how two options compare. We cannot decide whether it suits your personal situation, especially if you take prescription medication or manage an ongoing condition. Ask your doctor or pharmacist that question, then come back to us with anything about the product itself.
Do you ship outside Java?
Yes. Orders outside Java can take longer in transit, and courier delays are more common on those routes. We will chase a delayed parcel on your behalf, and we contact you before dispatch if an item in your order is out of stock rather than shipping something else in its place.
Can I collect an order from the office?
There is no retail counter at the Senayan address, and orders are not handed over there. Contact us first if you need to visit for a partnership meeting or to deliver documents, so someone is available and we can tell you what to bring.
